How do I stop posting to my e-mail?

I have been geting postings to my e-mail after I make a post to a forum topic. How do I turn off this automatic posting? Is there a icon I am supposed to activate? Jamming up my e-mail with 30 OGR posts is a pain as I am going to look on the forum anyway. Thanks for the help, Paul Goodness

Click on settings, then uncheck "follow"

To prevent it from happening, when you post, make sure the "follow this topic" box is unchecked.
