I have several Plasticville hot houses that I'd like to get the very tiny window frames painted black.  These are so small I couldn't do them justice in my best days and now I can't even imagine how to do it.  They are only about 1/100" inch by 1/100".

How would you paint them so they stand out?

Do the frames project out of the plastic or are they grooves? For projections you could use a rubber roller like you would a paint roller after rolling it on paint over glass.

For grooves just fill with cheap craft store acrylic and wipe off with a damp cloth.
