Look at how smooth these trains run and the progress on his layout!
"HONGZ" stands for HO scale, N scale, G scale, and Z scale.
Post your non-O scale stuff here!

IT IS GOOD JOE !! THE TITLE SAYS "INDOORS". I DON'T THINK SO.
That is some nice work.
I was thinking the same thing Jim. Trees look awful real
I don't know why it says indoors? He did release a bunch of videos and one starts indoors and moves outside. So maybe he copy/pasted the first couple of words from that one?
Here's another...
I need more land!!!
That Challenger is some handsome! What a gorgeous train. Do the MTH steamers hold up well? Single motor or two?
Drool.

My first Challenger was the first release from MTH. Yes, it still runs with the 3 others as well. They have 2 motors. Mine are all still PS2. (I did have to re-solder the tether once.)
I do have PS3 diesels though.
Here's his USA Trains Big boy. It has been reworked. His is DCC. He has big power and great track work and roadbed prep. He said he has 400 cement blocks with more concrete and steel to make a stable foundation. Well worth the trouble. My outdoor RR needs constant maintenance every year. Mother Nature doesn't care about scale trains and reducing to scale weather!
Very large basement with fantastic lighting and the most realistic vegetation ever!!
WOW!
I like how he planted dwarf bushes to look more scale to the trains.

That's very impressive. Of course, he has obviously received approval from "The Department of The Interior" to build that line. It is an option to consider if you have the space and patience for the build. There are several roadbed options for an outdoor build and our friends across the pond have become pretty adept at outdoor builds, even going outdoors on OO and HO layouts.
