Yes, it has been posted previously, but it is still hilarious, even if it is not in the U.S..
First time see for me. Gotta respect the railroad crossing. Some people hafta learn the hard way.
Nice - thanks for posting.
Impatience?? ... if you look, the truck gets to the crossing about 10 seconds before the end of the train. what a bozo. ... of course i hope he survived to get fired.
was that a track laying MOW train?
Staged?? The person driving the car just -so- happens to have an HD camera rolling in their car up to the crossing.
The train also just-so- happens to slow down just as the truck is driving underneath. How would the engineer even know that truck was going underneath?
Just the skeptic in me, funny video either way.
If real the driver should be fired just for stupidity.

Since the scene is NOT in the U.S., in Europe, especially in Russia, the vast majority of vehicles have forward facing in-car video cameras, do to SOOOOOOOO many idiot drivers and accidents.

Ha-ha
Alcohol is a major problem in Russia.
Kent in SD
In 1981 we hit a taxi at a bell crossing near Fort Sill...the poor idiot pulled around a car stopped at the crossing, but he didn't make it any farther. Impatience was coupled with alcohol in that instance. We were setting out a boxcar of K rations, so we were moving slow. Didn't kill him, but thoroughly ruined his wardrobe of that night.

I would doubt it was staged. Many Russians are known to drive around with dash-cams because evidently they're frequently accosted by crooked cops looking to make stops on unwary drivers, and then accept bribes to walk away. Remember the meteorite that hit a few years ago? The best videos of it came from dash-cams.
The latitude/longitude readings, for those wondering, indicate it's in Irkutsk, not far from Lake Baikal

Maybe he will remember that.As he looks for another job.
I know a defector. He says it's the "wild wild west"; many rural folk buried thier money and valuables. The police shakedowns also include homes, and they bring shovels etc. so your always digging holes just so they have no clue where to begin.
You should try driving with one of these nuts in a ZR1. (says the guy that has only had two people ever stay in the dune buggy vs walk back to camp
A coworker says the prevalence of dash cams in Russia and environs is due to the bad drivers and worse car insurance companies. Whatever the reason, you just knew what was going to happen at the end of that video.
TRRR
did you notice the guy in the passenger seat had no seat belt on and ended up
In the drivers lap??
The Stop sign at the crossing was in english, STOP
