I have the upgraded app running on an Amazon Fire tablet and it sees the WIU, TIU etc. I import the database and it opens the app and states that the import is complete. When I look for engines, tracks etc. there is nothing there. This is the same file I just used on and IOS ipad and it works fine.
Any suggestions?

That's interesting.
I was able to get the free version of the app to install on a Kindle Fire tablet, however, I was unable to get the in-app purchase of a the )premium (or Standard) version to happen. The app just went out to lunch looking for the Google Play Store.
The Premium version of the app is required to use Import/Export.
I got rid of my Amazon Fire tablets and went with this pure Android version...from Menards!!
$40 remote...very economical.
