I've just seen it on eBay. A dining car with what appears to be printed windows?

TCA issued way back when. Did 1 or 2 a year for quite a few years. cellophane inserts for the passengers. Also a set of F-3's available for motive power. Usually see them on the Trainz auction site, $25 to $35 each.

They did the Milwaukee Sky Top version and it was supposed to be a TCA only piece. Unfortunately they were decorated like this rather than in Milwaukee Road colors and that seems to have hurt the value. Believe they did a car a year for 10 years.
I think it's a nice looking set, if I may say so.

The "printed windows" you mention are LIONEL's traditional plastic silhouette strips for each side of the car that were used in the postwar 2500 series aluminum extruded passenger cars.
Your TCA car is essentially the same as the PW cars, but with an extrusion that has smooth sides and roof.
They are a very nice looking car/set in their own right; however, I along with others buy them for their relatively low cost and repaint them in other road names.
I thought they looked nice, and they weren’t expensive so I bought the three (diner, baggage car and Skytop observation car). I thought they’d make a nice consist and if I see any more, I’ll add to the set
