I would sure like to see more boxcars.... plenty of locomotives out there.

George has mentioned expanding the PFE reefers to 40' cars. 

And he'll sell all that he produces. 

No idea on price for the reefers; they have been on his site for some time without any material update.     I hear the sides will be real wood---I am sure they will be superb when done.   His gondolas are amazing and well worth the money.

Looking at the Kohs website I only see the post discussing the Turbine back in September which isn't an announcement. Am I missing something here?

It's in the general news up date.  No projected production dates or $$$ yet.  But he does say that these two projects will run in addition to and congruent with his regular production line and schedule.   Warming up my dough, and ear muffs for an Uncle Pete scream-out spectacular !

There are some very nice modified 37 AAR brass boxcars available from Protocraft at $279 with trucks. They also have the appropriate decals.

Hi Larry et al,

I have quite a few of his 1937 boxcars.    They are a REAL value as the trucks are superb.    I would really like more single sheathed cars from the 'teens and 'twenties...
