So we stop by one of our favorite stores today and my dad came home with this ... since he seen the mth ps1 years ago he has always liked the cab forward and landed the legacy version for a good price.  In the store I told him just buy it and get it out of the way finally hahah.  He’s getting the right caboose tomorrow if he didn’t get it already today.

Also I will be working on a steam video shortly featuring 5 different steam engines on the layout since yesterday.

Need to build more shelves lol.

Wow Andy, You have been busier than I thought!  It is always a great gesture to help someone build a layout.  I think it makes the bond between you grow!

I see you like coal trains.Where I live born and raised here in n.c.The seaboard system would have coal train after coal train in the fall and winter.100 cars pulled by 4 sd40-2s some times mixed with sd50s.I like that whistle on that locomotive.I more of a mixed freight man myself.

Thanks. We like everything for the most part longs as the cars are era correct to the engine or makes sense.

Mike, I thought your comment was so good, I borrowed it with a slight adaptation.

HAHA!   Thanks.   Another fun fact the PRR 460 is in the PRR MUSEUM .

Some news from Konway.

• some detail parts came in , more coming tomorrow
•Greg Annett twisted my arm and I had to buy these PRR cars from him
• We are adding more shelves along the whole mountain side
• PRR sign my father found at an antique store

Now to find time, probably going to work on the detail items over the weekend. And a video for your viewing pleasure
