I am not sure what category this would be in but, I know that my family would like to see an O gauge Disney World Passenger Train. A Model of the ones that run at Disney World. I am sure there would be a great demand both by people in the hobby and just people that LOVE Disney.
Lionel,
A Visionline Greenbrier 4-8-4 would be a first for you. This engine may be big enough to fit whistle steam and blowdown. This engine also has lots of details and would be a great candidate for a Visionline engine.
Rich
I have the Lionel Allegheny H8 already and love it but it would be much much better as a Visionline with Legacy, and all the steam effects and dual sounds.

I'm with you on this. I believe that something like these if they are done right and look like the ones at the parks would sell better then the Polar Express sets.
a 1920s Mountain 4-8-2 with appx. 73 in drivers for passenger and mail trains, in legacy with steam whistle effect, etc. plus sound effect for pumping up air (after coupling up)
A steam effect add-on item for observation cars to replicate bleeding steam line at end of passenger trains (this was always done to rid the system of air which otherwise would get trapped and cause heaters to go cold even with heating steam pressure present)
Casey Jones tenwheeler (1890s-1900, wooden cab) in legacy with steam whistle effect, added sound feature of pumping up air once coupled to train.
Thanks!
Rick
Western Maryland Potomac (4-8-4)
To finally get it over with make an entirely Elgin, Joliet & Eastern freight train set.

Up on "The D & H Bridge Line"
Here is another inexpensive request. A Lionchief Plus 4-6-2 decorated for the Boston & Maine with speed lettering and numbered for the 3713 that Steamtown is trying to restore. I know that Lionel offered a B&M 4-6-2 before but they blew it by not using the speed lettering and striping. It would make a sharp looking traditional sized engine. I know Weaver is making a scale model of this engine and if money wasn't an object.....
I would like them to offer a " smoke fluid loader", or even a legacy control!
I would be in line for a NYC legacy Hudson and a Dreyfus. make them both!

I Agree, love the engine but don't want a PS1.
One more item for the wish list.
Around 2000/2001 Lionel had a ZW Yardboss transformer at York.
The transformer had command control built into the top of the ZW!
Wsh they would produce it Abe in 2015.
Empt53, Lionel has made a Disney engine number 6-18013.

ALASKA Railroad ACF Center Flow 3560 Cu Ft Capy 3-bay covered hopper.
Must have Roller Bearing Trucks with sprung, swing couplers.

Instead of making more of the BNSF and KCS schemes on the low-sided ACF Center Flow 3-bay covered hoppers, the team at Lionel has to have the factories in China or someplace in the USA produce the new American Railcar Industries Through-Sill 3-bay Covered Hoppers in KCS and the new Greenbrier 5188 3-bay covered hoppers in BNSF. They are similar high-sided covered hoppers, but not identical.

There were lots of bay window cabooses but I'd like to see something along the lines of this...
I'm not impressed with the Atlas Trainman model and the MTH cabooses look OK. I'd like to see what Lionel could do.

if i were Lionel, i would get mildly depressed looking at this thread...talk about all over the place!
Another item I'd like to see from Lionel is a Texas Special culvert ramp car to go with the LCCA Texas Tommy set. I'd be in for two of them.
How about an O gauge re-railer track, like they have in HO?
I would like an ATSF Dynamometer Car. It would be cool if it were functional and could actually indicate the pulling power of an engine. But I have not a clue if that is possible. I would be happy with a highly detailed car!
I would like a Legacy or Vision Line ATSF Blue Goose.
A Vision Line Accessory: Floating Pier
Re-release the tug boats and upgrade with Legacy Command!
and car floats!
I don't want much!
