It's definitely a Lionel logo on the truck Jim, I have never seen this before, must be a special, the price is definitely seriously high also.

The truck was produced for the Stephen Siller Foundation, The Siller Family started the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation to honor the memory of their brother, Stephen, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers.
The goal of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to continue Stephen’s legacy by supporting our nation’s first responders and service members. Building for America’s Bravest, a program of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, constructs specially adapted smart homes for our most catastrophically injured service members. and organization that created the Tunnel to Towers run in lower Manhattan.
This is a tough replica to find. I believe Lionel racing collectibles was involved in the production of the truck. A portion of the proceeds of the sale of these goes to the foundation.
Looks to me like Lionel was a sponsor of the Stephen Siller Foundation.
