Pretty sure "13" is actually an "I" with a 3 next to it. (TIU version is a letter, not a number) That's a much older one.
Wally,
Use a USB to Serial cable. If you also use a Lionel command base, you’ll also need a serial splitter with 1 male connector and 2 female connectors.

Thanks, but it's actually Wally trying to set this up.

Dave,
Noted and corrected - thanks!
Barry: Which receptacleon theRev I3? Available are left side (input as front side)- Aux Input (taken); PC Input; Remote Input (near front); right side- Proto Cast; AIU Input; Proto Dispatch (near front). Or do I need a new TIU for WI-FI?

The one called PC Input (a serial connector - 9 pins "D" form) is what Barry is suggesting you need a USB to serial cable to let you use this TIU with the WIU.

Thanks Dave and Barry. Can I buy this at Best Buy or is this a train dealer purchase? Still trying to decide to continue with the old girl or get the new TIU(?). Any way to tell the latest version Rev L? Thanks
