Truly the greatest HO layout with amazing animation and the most detailed working airport scene. There are many U Tube videos of this unique and iconic display so I will just encourage you to take a virtual visit to this inspiring layout.

Having been a huge LGB participant for forty-three years, and a Marklin fan for about the same time, I continue to marvel at German technology and innovation.
It's been at least a year...probably a new record.
I, like many of us on the OGR Forum, are not HO folks, but this beautifully created masterpiece deserves an occasional repeated shoutout. :-)
I am so looking forward to my next trip to Berlin, where our son lives. That trip will include a train ride to Hamburg to see this. I'm not HO either--I'm not even a modeler--I run toy trains around and around on a table with Plasticville and am happy as a clam--but I recognize artistry when I see it. I can't wait.

Agreed! I looked at the Faller system, just to look. Whoa, it is like building another entire rail system just for cars. But you can sure have interesting effects with one. I love the passing feature.
