No. There is no such forum.
It would probably be best to just have a thread under what ever forum the modular layout was based on, 3 Rail Traditional, O scale, S, 3RS etc. that goes on forever much like the Natty Boh thread or the What Did You Do On Your Layout Today thread.

Or, what about the Track Plans and Layouts forum?
I think have a separate forum might not such a bad idea. We are building new modules I would not mind getting and sharing ideas.
IMO it would be a good idea if this forum might be added as modular is trying to gain momentum and is an easy way to help get the ball rolling even faster!
Please think about adding this....
Wish there was an O gauge modular club in the SE New England area. I would certainly like to build a module and run my long trains on a modular layout!
I started a Modular Group News thread that I add to when stuff is going on. Like today.

I agree that a module forum would be a good addition here. I also still think that an additional category for radio controls like the Lion Chief should be included in the section already covering DCS/TMCC/DCC.
