Need help with an Aristocraft steam engine smoke unit

"HONGZ" stands for HO scale, N scale, G scale, and Z scale.

I have an Aristocraft ART-21400 Pacific steam engine. The smoke unit went south and I'm trying to figure out how to remove it. I have the parts breakdown drawing but that didn't help. I don't see any screws holding it in. Short of disassembling most of the engine are there any tricks to removing it?
