Hi! new legacy 990 system just arrived. When it first comes up, it says "Jackie". Works fine, but what's with the "Jackie"?
Does this mean the system is not new? Or...?

Sounds like someone was playing with it while they were fixing it before the items were released for sale. But you can easily go in there and change the name, though Jackie is a cute name.
As for new or old, hard to say. How was it packaged?
Hi! was packaged really well and has no scratches or evidence of wear. And, yes, Jackie is a cute name for the controller!
