Any NYC fan must know that you NEED a T motor in your collection. There is no T motor made in O and the new one from 3rd Rail stands to be super.

I have a feeling that unless they get more orders, it won't get made. I have no interest in this project except for the fact that I want both the black and striper and will cry if they don't get made.

Please don't make me cry. .  If you live the electrics, and/or are a NYC runner, place an order.

Good News!  We are currently working on the design and should be in production by Spring. We have good orders for the T-Motor, although we could use more. We suspect many people are waiting on the sidelines for pictures or more information. Here is what I know.

We will be powering the T-Motor with 2 Mabuchi 385PH Motors. 3 Rail models will have 4 traction tires and 4 axles powered. She should pull the couplers out of your head end cars. The model will have ERR Cruise, TMCC and a new Railsounds board by Lionel with higher fidelity sounds.

The 2 Rail models will have a new high carbon Steel drivers with all drivers powered for much improved pulling power. I would expect these models to be out in the late Spring or Summer.

Our current line up at the factories are:

FL9 - Arriving Feb 6

GGD Sleepers - Arriving Feb 6

C&NW H-1 - Finished March

HO Z8 - Finished March

N&W Jawn Henry - Finished April

GN 08 - Finished May 1st

PRR L1 - Finished May 1st

GGD SP Lark - Finished June

NYC T-3 Electric - Finished June

N&W Mollies - Summer

SP AC9 - Late Summer

Canadian Train - Late Summer

FP7A and F7B Diesels - Late Summer

Erie S3/S4 - Fall

GGD Modernized HW Coaches - FALL

GGD B&O Columbian Set B - FALL

The rest depends on your reservations as to when they go into production.

As did I - when it showed up at $499. I swallowed the $300 price increase, as

we knew all along that the $499 could not stand anyway.

I await my black one. Hope springs eternal; 'twould look very nice next to my

MTH P2, and Lionel S1 and S2. I'll believe it when I get the bill.

You know, if they painted it Tuscan red and put gold stripes on it, and added a dummy

pantograph, the orders would roll in. I could repaint it - just make it!
