My son went to a Kansas City Royals baseball game in Omaha at the Ameritrade Park and he snapped me a picture of UP excursion train headed by George Bush 4141. The trailing locomotive happen to catch my eye. Turns out it a SD-70Ace named "Powered by Our People." Below is a link to the UP website showcasing it. Enjoy!

It's a nice gesture. It looks as though they now have decal wraps that can stand up to railroad locomotive washing chemicals. In the past, wraps were not terribly durable.
There are many locomotives which need to be repainted. Keep locomtives with Old Glory on thebsodesbin good shape, PLEASE!
The big railroads are relatively rich and, I would assume, capable of affording the decorating of a handful of locomotives in a fancy manner. It might relieve some hostility of the public as they are kept waiting at crossings for long freight trains !
