Folks, I have a beautiful Walther's HO diesel that I bought brand new and is the pride of my fleet. It has always run slow but easily pulls heavy loads.
Living near a dusty street in Mexico, I have to clean my tracks often. But after cleaning the tracks yesterday, I ran the diesel a few times and found that the tracks were thick with grease. I cleaned them again, re-checked them, ran the diesel a few times, and the tracks were greasy.
Did they overlube at the factory? Is there some other explanation? Or is this normal?
