The SE Pa is taking a hit this year oon closing hobby shops, First Herb's in Doylestown, now Penn Valley Hobbies in Lansdale. Bill Shive and family/associates have been operating this shop since 1961. It is truly a classic store with a bit of everything. The main focus is on scratch built RC planes and HO, but there is always good buys on all forms of trains, slot cars, plastic models and such. Bill is also well know for his civic and missionary efforts around the world.
The entire store is currently 40% off. Supplies are suprising still good, with even some Lionel lurking in the corners.
