Polar Express Conductor car announcements

Can someone tell me what the Polar Express condductor says if I buy this from Lionel?

I mean, does he just say "All Aboard" or does he say other things.

Oh, yeah.  and how do you activate it?   Can the train be moving when the Conductor makes his announcements or do you have to stop the train over an activation track?
