I ran an engine for the first time in several years that I did a TMCC conversion on several years ago. It was with equipment from Digital Dynamics and everything works except for the chuff. My guess is it’s the chuff switch and my question is how failure prone are these switches?
It's pretty common to have to tweak the actuating arm for proper operation. It's actually not nearly as common to have to replace the switch, though they do sometimes go bad.
Of course, it could be a broken wire, etc. Also, the question remains, exactly what kind of chuff switch do you have? Did you do your own or use the standard one that was already there?
