Are there any Lionel service stations that can repair the 6-12911 TMCC Command Base
and 6-12867 Trainmaster 135 PowerMaster PM-1?

I know that Dale Manquen used to repair these. Here's the TrainFacts Home Page, he talks about these repairs there.
