So my layout design involves a really tricky area and I'm having a hard time locking things down. I have an access corridor from my garage that is right where an O-72 curve should go.
My first thought was some hinge section on wheels that would roll outward towards the garage. But the engineering and that furnace duct on the left, scrapped that plan. I'm thinking of putting in a hinged lift away section here that would hinge off of the big table. My other problem is cutting the fastrack for this. Or how to make that work. I have never cut fastrack and the angle it would have to be cut at would be kind of weird. I have no problem crawling under the track, but my wife's 80 year old grandfather, who loves trains, might.
