Apologies, I should have included that Bob Heil and Scott Mann replied to earlier posts.   In both cases they had the CB&Q coal tender plans, straight-sides and curved-sides.  

Still looking for C&S oil tender plans.

Checked Hol wagner's "Colorado Road" and no E4a drawings at all. Have never seen any drawings for them. You are in Denver, maybe get in touch with Hol?

I wrote Scott at Sunset 3rd Rail petitioning that they produce the C&S auxiliary tender that 2-8-2 #4960 employed during the fantrip era. Would anyone else have interest in that?

Not me. I don't model the 1960s excursion era.

The C&S auxiliary tenders were used in the 1950's steam era with C&S  2-10-2's and ChipR's E4a 2-8-2's.  Also tenders were used in work train service and with wrecking derricks. In fact, the auxiliary water tender used with 4960 ended up with the Aurora derrick, following the demise of steam fantrips on the "Q".  Lines East O1a 2-8-2's used auxiliary water cars out of Centralia and Quincy, IL during the steam era, although those were tank cars. And on the Alliance Division with 2-10-2's.

Also, Burlington 4-6-4's, pressed into freight service following their removal from passenger work, ran with auxiliary water cars from North Kansas City thru St. Joe, to Omaha, in the early '50's. Lack of water facilities was generally the reason for auxiliary water cars on the Burlington.
