I have two lash-ups on the same DCS channel. 

One consists of two New Haven 44 tonners running back to back. (2 PS3 units.)

The other consists of two New Haven F-3's converted to DCS from PS-1. ( 2 PS2 units with 3.0 volt boards.)

Both lash-ups perform properly when they are the only lash-up on the track.

When both are on the track and I start running the 44 tonners, one of the units in the F-3 lash-ups starts up and begins to spin its wheels trying to push the other.

When both are on the track and I start to run the F-3 lash-up, the 44 tonner lash-up begins to creep away. 

DCS 6.1on TIU and Remote.

You are saying the converted F-3's are starting up on their own when you run the 44 tonners and vice versa.

With both sets of locomotives on the track the second F-3 isn't getting the DCS command instruction signal then? 

Just curious, all have different engine numbers right? What type of track? All outer rails common? 

As Joe said, signal strength test?

Upon further investigation, I found that one of the 44 Tonners and one of the F3’s had the same address.

I deleted all four engines, reloaded them on the remote and recreated the lashups.

Now the newly created lashup work properly.

I have no idea how I ended up with two engines with the same address.

Glad to hear you have it resolved, been to other layouts where they have that same issue. Seemed multiple remotes might be a cause as engines are in three remotes, each with a different address, and then are deleted and re-added at a new address in the remote when engine is not found.
