Sun Lines Model DD Test Bench - information please | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I am looking for any information available on the Sun Lines Model DD Test Bench.
I believe there was an operating manual. Plus I would like to have any other literature, such as a wiring diagram or flyers.

I remember seeing them on display at York in the mid-1980's.
I'd like to know the years it was offered for sale.

And finally, who made it?
