SUV loses to train in NY | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

SUV in Tonowanda, NY got hit and destroyed by a CSX freight train. They went around the lowered crossing gates. Fortunately the occupants got out alive.

If they were indeed ticketed, I suspect the insurance will not pay for the demolished SUV.

At 3:15 am I think he was in a hurry to take his 22 year old honey home and tuck her in bed. Good idea, bad execution. That could put a damper on the evening. I'm sure that Ford Escape made quite a nice hood ornament. Better luck next time.

Gentlemen,

The driver should be charged with reckless endangerment, and spend time in jail,

this has become a game with some of these people.
