A parking structure? Maybe?
Yep. It's probably the parking garage shown in this video;
I concur with BOBBYD a fast food restaurant. Maybe a Taco Bell. What ever it is going to be just add it to the growing list of home runs............................Paul

Well if that's the case then the sign would need to be put over the front door of the restaurant like this...
to accommodate this:
Mark
Gut Busters BBQ?
Toll booth, bank, Dunkin Donuts, Brewery bay doors?
Whatever it is, it will have a track pass through at the rear of the structure.
Nick, I like your way of thinking. At least there would be beer inside. ..........Paul
It would seem that the obvious guess would be a Taco Bell with a drive thru.

I kind of doubt it comes with all the cars shown but I would be willing to bet most of us probably have plenty of cars and trucks around to fill it up. I know I do!
Without a doubt it will be the parking garage so start making room.
Dave
If you watch the video on the youtube link above you see a lower level view of the garage and you can see the height restriction sign at the top of the garage entrance. Therefore I believe it's the garage structure. That doesn't mean I'm not hoping it's a BrewThru from the Outer Banks of N.C. since we can't get a brewery.
Well I'll be darn. Huge senior moment for me. I saw the parking garage at Menards train show in July and it didn't dawn on me that it could come out before next year. My days of guessing are over with ..............Paul

Can't be the garage, why all those expensive Mustangs parked in a public garage wouldn't last a day around here! Now a Taco Bell with discount coupons for the ride home????
Nick, nice to see you staying strong with the BREWERY/BEER guess!
Mike I think it's been 2 yrs that we've been pushing for a brewery and I'm starting to loose faith that it's going to happen.

Menards already have the foundation for a brewery.
The can use the Pepsi plant (paint a different color), ditch the Pepsi can water tower and leave so that you can put your own empty beer bottle (as the breweries water tower) with the rings to hold it in place.
The building signage could change too, Menarads could offer a printable blank self adhesive sticker (8.5" X 11") so you can print a label of your favorite brew.
HMMM maybe I should order a Pepsi plant and do some modification, Going to need some Menards flat cars to make beer bottle tank cars

Nick, have faith! Menards is a big company and it might take a little while! Stay Strong so they will hear our words! Don't be like others who have faded into darkness! LOL

One piece at a time.. LOL... It was a power station, moved the roof up, added a American Flyer water tower with left over parts from the sauerkraut factory, moved the transformers to outside the building and repainted it. the Coors signs are off the internet. This was given to John M, and his crew. Like.. hint, hint... LOL..

Mike I've been on this forum for a little over 14 years so fading into the darkness isn't my style. There's a bunch of us pushing for a brewery so I'll keep on pushing.
I remember that build.

Mark can always model a Soda plant and provide you with "Beer" signage to be installed by the purchaser!
Dad, Great Job! but I think I will wait a little longer for Mark and Menards team along with you to put one out there!
Nick, I remember the build posting! Just didn't know what buildings were used! I am with you about Never Stop Hoping! LOL Hear that Mark and Menards! LOL

Not quite the same. The building must be something worth of a fine brewery. It needs to be a majestic brick & stone structure with the influence of German architecture.
