At Gunrunner John's suggestion, here is a featured thread for uploading old TMCC/LEGACY instruction manuals and other out-of-print TMCC/LEGACY reference documents.

Legacy Users Group Meeting Video...
Seems this maybe useful and since the other sticky has been released it will be easy to find here.
Special thanks to Dave Slie for videoing the event.
Please note some of my commentary is based on observations at the Lionel Booth and may not reflect the actual product or how it operates. All opinions are mine and do not necessarily reflect Lionel's views. I will post the Q&A tomorrow. First day back at work was a bear. Keep in mind that I am not a professional speaker so it is, what it is... We tried to relay and answer the question the best we could based on the questions asked.
There have been some inquiries recently about Lionel Railsounds and Stationsounds; what parts to use and their associated part numbers. Hopefully, these Lionel PDFs will help
Best,
Dave

Some Quick Start Guides from Lionel hosted on the Lionel Website...
Trainmaster Complete Guide to Command Control
From a Recent tread. TMCC 101
If you can find a CAB-1/Command Base, the original TMCC offering, here is a link from the Lionel website. A 48 page manual that was part of the Cab-1 handheld/Command base offering. The complete guide to command control. Click on the underlined phrase to link.
Here is a link to the Legacy Control System V 1.5. 88 page manual
Both manuals have just about everything that is involved with the two systems. Basic wiring to multiple unit/locomotive operations.
Another important part of the system is the Track Power Controller. It allows for Conventional control using hand held remotes.
Edit/add: The TPC (Track Power Controller) has the ability to interface with QSI/MTH Proto1 and Proto2 in conventional mode. Noted in this publication. Simple commands like horn/whistle, couplers, etc. are available via the Cab1 handheld control buttons. Pages 17,18,19.
There are other control devices related to accessory and block controls, that more or less piggy-back off either of the two command systems.
Lots of infomation in those three underlined phrases.
Have fun
Mike
Long Range 2.4ghz antenna for Legacy Command Base
Here's a long range antenna that easily replaces the stock Legacy Command Base antenna and will improve range if you are having issues, especially with large layouts or irregular shaped rooms with solid obstructions.
2.4GHz 9dBi High Gain Omni Directional WiFi Antenna RP-SMA
In the event this particular item is no longer available, there are many similar listings on eBay for 2.4ghz hi-gain antennas.

A question was raised in another thread about the TMCC command structure. I thought maybe a link to this document would be handy. This publication documents the complete TMCC command structure (but not Legacy). For folks working on software to control your trains and accessories from a computer or smart phone, this is probably the reference to have.
I think this list should be at the top for problem solving. There have been numerous post on engine problems that can be handle by following the the re-programming instructions. One thing to remember is that a RESET is not the same as re-programming. Follow the directions in your manual or use the link is below.

as reference version 1.0 with no silver dot must go back to lionel for upgrade.
They didn't put the silver dot on the ones that were sent in for the service, only the ones that were fixed at the factory before going on the market.
As John said if its taking the updates, its patched and working fine
Not sure this is the right section for this, but here is a link to my Legacy Engines guide.

GRJ, you wouldn't happen to have a PW-UCUB installation.pdf?
Jim, a couple posts up is all the TAS stuff I have. What's a PW-UCUB? There's the UCUB and UCUB2 manuals in that post.
TAS put out the PW-UCUB just after the UCUB. It had the footprint of a DD motormite, uses a C-08 R2LC and has the DC offsets to drive an air whistle, hence the PW moniker. It was a very handy board, and would fit in a whistle tender. A quick tether install and voila air whistles on 18 volts. I have one that needs repaired. Tried to contact Ernie E about this but he seems to be among the missing.
That does sound like a handy board, maybe GGG will take a crack at fixing it?
Lionel has a lot of Legacy "How To" videos on their Youtube Channel.

Re: Celebration series ZW Manual-
Does anyone have a link to this manual? i couldn't find the manual searching the Forum, or Lionel.com.
Thank You!
Just go to Lionel website, Search for Product, type in your Product number and then click on the Service Documents link. For example if you type in 6-32930, then the product page comes up and then you click on Service documents below.

Thanks Sean. Found it. SIRI recorded the product number in my "Notes" for later reference, and I added a "Bookmark" for good measure!

Updated the Legacy Engines guide to include all 2015 items, slightly different look to the guide now to allow for easier updates.
Hard to believe almost 1000 Legacy engines at this point.

Here's an amazing and incredibly useful set of guides to the Legacy RCMC wiring as well as the RailSounds Lite sound board wiring. This was compiled by one of our very own forum members, and he should at least get several attaboys for it! This is welcome information in an area where there is a dearth of available info. Thank you Bruk Bannister!
Edit: updated with latest versions of the documents.
