"HONGZ" stands for HO scale, N scale, G scale, and Z scale.

Post your non-O scale stuff here!

this is an update to my g scale wanderings I have decided not to go complete LGB to go for more american trains

i am a sucker for clear stuff especially when you have LEDs running through it . I know 2 locomotives in g scale that are offered in clear the LGB F7 and a little MACK engine from Hartland

are there any other engines especially 6 axle power ? Rollingstock?

now onto my project idea

in my imagination i cooked up a locomotive known as Ai-Century96. If real it would be 79ft long coupler to coupler , 16 ft high and 15 ft wide from end to end of its "hammerhead" radiator and have a similar appearence to that train in the film Insurgent but it would have an ac6000 style radiator on the forward end that came to point and sloped downward at 45 degrees

i did some quick calculations and with 1:22.5 scale proportions

length 3.5ft

width about 8 inches

height about 8.5 inches

am i about right?

originally i was gonna use ALON or Aluminum Oxynitride for the body shell to make it really futuristic but at 15 bucks per square inch i might just stick to transparent plastic . i was gonna install a gopro in the front as well as charging lights. i also wanted to power it by 6 LGB  motors connected by gear linkage for extreme power. i also have a transparent black version planned that says X-treme Power XL on the side in yellow 90s style font.

now to my tech question is the LGB MTS computer interface compatable with NON LGB trains? i wanna run my layout from a desktop computer.
