Does any one know a source of traction tires for Mantua Tyco HO Diesels? I have a Tyco Ho Diesel from late 60's to Early 70's that came to the shop for service. The engine looks like new but the tires are dry rotted and need replaced. This has the pre- pancake style motor that is fairly easy to service. The wheels appear to be approx. 11.4 mm in diameter. Maybe a Bachmann tire would work. Any thoughts?

Some one once told me dental rubber bands for HO’s work great....I don’t know nor can confirm....I own no HO....maybe somebody else can say yay or nay.??......Pat
