Union Pacific ghosting repaint on ACF Center Flow

This UNION PACIFIC ACF Center Flow 4600 Cubic Foot Capacity 3-bay covered hopper was repainted twice, but the second repaint was not as good as the first. The original lettering is ghosting under the repaint. This hopper came through Michigan over the CN/GTW on Wednesday, March 18th, 2015.
