With photobucket gone insane about charging people hundreds of dollars yearly for a formerly free service, I have a sinking feeling this will spell the end (or cut a giant chunk out of), threads like this all over the internet.

I'm selling some HO equipment for a friend and he has a Westinghouse 'Schnabel' car that is amazing. Researched a couple of them and they are really expensive!  Several other nice brass pieces as well as some BLI locomotives.

I'm also selling this nice Bachman 2-8-0 with DCC. Headlight is out and it doesn't have sound. There is a sound system for it available for $89 out there but I don't have the time or workshop to add it. Have found that I much prefer to have sound in my locomotives.

What scale is that?  Very beautiful photo, Joe! my wife loves to take lots of photos of flowers, birds and plants, especially when we go to Epcot.

Made a mistake by getting tickets to ride Amtrak to Seattle, to see the route past the puget sound before tbey reroute trains away from there at the end of the summer, for good.

Northbound was almost an hour late, southbound ended in Tacoma as a northbound amtrak cascades derailed just south of there...

We were NOT on the train that derailed, but were on one the opposite direction that should have had a running meet with the one that did derail.

Our train is currently sitting in Tacoma and is going nowhere now. A friend of my wife is coming to give us a ride.
