Last week at a swap meet I found this old HObbyline Western Pacific boxcar kit:
I tried to put it together but found out the decals were too old to use; apparently the Hobbyline decals are not age-resistant. So I used some S gauge T&P decals I had. No one in my neighbourhood knows that this is not prototypical.
On the box and the instruction sheet also locomotive kits are advertised; I have never seen these; were these ever made?

Fred:
Don't know if HObby Line ever released the locomotive kits, but I know they released sets and they had an FM switcher model. Here's a picture of a set:
BTW, I LOVE the box art on your boxcar kit box. You ARE going to save and keep the box, right?
Enjoy!

The Hobbyline Berkshire kits were made (web photos.)
They also made a Pennsy 0-4-0:

That HObby Line Berk looks GREAT. It would a nice platform for a detailing project... probably runs like poop, though.
