As a modeler and railfan who loves heritage and special units, I love to chase down those special trains and I don't know if I will have that opportunity with my personal favorite locomotive, the 6920. But enough with my sob story, lol, Does anyone know if will hit the rails again or show up at a event?

Here's a recently taken photograph outside the Juniata shops.
I heard that it was getting cab upgrades, the earlier SD60E's have more noise and vibrations in the cab than later ones.
At about 0900 Hrs. on 07-25-17, I saw it following westbound on the Horseshoe Curve web cam on a light engine move. It was the second of two engines.
Continuing west past Cresson at 0925 Hrs.
About a month ago it was in Juaniata getting upgraded prime mover and electronics. You can track its whereabouts at heritageunits.com
As of this morning it's headed west out of Altoona trailing 2nd on a power move. Latest location spotted this morning is Cresson PA at 9:25AM. Also to help some, you can keep track of 6920 and other units on the Heritage site by clicking on the engine on Heritage Units under the map. Your welcome Woodson. As for updated location, I actually saw this unit today in Mentor Ohio this afternoon trailing 2nd on NS eastbound freight 316 bound for Buffalo NY. Video & photos are below.
