Wire size for Z Stuff circuits

I am looking at installing a couple of Z Stuff circuits on a small layout. The set screws in the pictures on the Z Stuff website look pretty small. I couldn't find any info on their website to indicate what size/type of wire should be used with their circuits. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I would use #22. Easy to work with and it will carry the current. Use color cods to keep your sanity. if you are running heavy switching for block control of trains,use #18.
