I placed an order early last week for signals online from Z Stuff Express. I selected standard shipping, and have yet to receive them now late in the week. Is this typical for Z Stuff or am I getting a bit excited over nothing? Called Z Stuff's number from the receipt that was emailed to me but got a machine. Thanks!

I really wonder about this company sometimes. Great product, but they are always having production problems. Service is great if you can get a hold of them.
From what I understand and I may be wrong about this is Dennis's kids run the Express side of the business/store. Don't know if that's a plus or minus.
Thanks Gary. Doesn't sound like this is an unusual thing. I will try again to contact them tomorrow. They have no problem charging my card and the website said everything was in stock. Hopefully I won't have to go to my bank about it and they show up tomorrow or Monday.

I ordered from them in early December and it took quite a while to receive my item which was in stock.
Can't recall the exact number of days but it was closer to two weeks.
They are fast to charge and slow to ship. Great products and the Dr. is a great guy. You will get what you ordered but sometimes slow.

I have not ordered from Z-Stuff directly but have ordered Z-Stuff thru Ross Custom Switches website and they deliver within nine to ten days.
Z-Stuff woud not sell to me directly as I did not place a large enuff order with them, this was about two years ago.

I made a call last night, left a message. No call back. Called this morning, no answer again. Called Z stuff and they didn't seem to interested in the issue and mentioned they had computer issues and will "get to me when they do". I'll give them another week or so before I fight the charge on my card. Regardless, they should have either mentioned it on their website or email me saying something. I shouldn't have to go looking for the stuff I paid good money for.
