I've put off joining the TCA for the past few months and I'm now wondering if I can join at the show? I heard it might cost me around $80, which I'm fine with. Which building would I go for if this policy exists?

Yes you can and well worth it.
Well where do I go for this? Where do I sign up?
You go to Silver Hall. Silver Hall and Blue Hall are joined together and are the buildings on the fairgrounds that are closest to Market Street. If I recall correctly, the big permanent sign over the entrance doors says "MEMORIAL HALL." You go to the registration desk which is well marked. I have always found the people there very helpful.

Yes you can in the Silver Hall. And when you become a member, please consider joining our division METCA . It will enhance your TCA experience and we will be glad to have you.
Yes, I am friends with one of your members as he is friends with a man I know name Jim Wood. Something like that. He was able to direct me where to buy one of the rare postwar CNJ F units with the 1971 number. I run those units like there's no tomorrow. I will see about joining METCA.
