Great Trains made a 1:32 version back in the 80's that pops up on eBay every once and awhile.
There's a guy out east that'll 3D print you one in 1:29
Few years back USA Trains sent out a poll about what we wanted next in 1:29 and the F40PH was on it...but it didn't make the cut as next is the UP FEF-3 
I'd buy one (a whole one as opposed to buying a shell then piecing it together with parts that might not be easy to find). As far as road name CSX or an undecorated one.
