Upgrade to Legacy Version 1.6 Using Black Writable Modules | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hi! I would like to upgrade to Legacy Version 1.6 using the black writable modules. I have the 2 black modules and have downloaded and installed the Legacy System Utility software. Also have downloaded a zipped file with version 1.6. How do I proceed from here? Have checked Lionel website (a total disaster!) and cannot find help. The video that I think should provide instructions will not run for me and Legacy instruction manual does not cover the specifics of writing on the black modules . Also, I cannot find instructions on Marty's locked post on this forum. A few lines of instruction would be greatly appreciated!

Unzip the contents of the zip file to a folder and note the location
Open the Legacy System Utility Software
Click Help on the top menu
Click How to use LSU
Start on Page 12, actually start on Page 1 just to make sure you have it connected right to the base
