Weekend Photo Fun 12/21/18 HONGZ

MA&PA #5 & 6 are heading home this Christmas Eve. The day is done, the train is complete. They waited for the last of the box cars to be loaded, the one online factory had to wait for a tree to be removed from their siding so the box car could be picked up. The factory had all personal helping to get the train crew home by a decent time. Even though they still had 38 miles of track in front of them.

Merry Christmas to all, keep a full head of steam, tender loaded with coal and keep the water filled.

The two 1905 4-4-0's got some much needed help today. There was a derailment on the B&O and the cement hoppers hitched a ride on the MA&PA from Baltimore to York to get on the Reading to get to the L&NE to Stockertown. We have the WWII extra 2-8-2 power shoving on the rear.

#5&6 had to stop for water. Here we get to listen to the BLI rolling thunder sound from the 2-8-2 starting out. The Spectrum 4-4-0's have ESU Loksound. The 5&6 are on 28 speed step, while the BLI is on 14.
