The first photo (on left) is my latest purchase which I had been seeking for some time. It is a N scale Micro-trains Schlitz wood reefer.
The second photo (on right) is of an Athearn N scale reefer which I had previously shown and was purchased about four months ago.

The crew has been hard at work on the Spokane Southern. Today, Tom got the lower level trackage down along one side of the lower, level, Al wired up 10 Bluepoint turnout controllers, and I was working on the Chasm of Doom gorge.
The scenery cement is still quite wet, but since we can life the bridge in and out easily with the ceiling T to hole everything straight and square, we wanted to see how it is shaping up. Tossed in a couple of trees just for effect. This part of the world isn't overly abundant with trees anyway. (eastern Washington, south of Spokane).
This is how the scenery form works before applying play sand, ground foam, isopropyl alcohol (wetting agent), and ground foam.
Meamwhile, on the other side of the wall, Extra NP 6014A West comes up on the brick in the roadbed.
