A big like on the look of the " alley " area Dave. 🤓

If the  "  sloppy work version "  rail line isn't going to be a heavily traveled track , I could see the grass and low growing vegetation growing up to the rails here and there with a shallow looking ditch along the tracks.           Maybe some higher vegetation in spots.

All in all this is a really nice area that you have been developing on your layout sir.

Hi Dallas, I've got some tall grass clumps to add at some point. This side of the layout was against the wall in the past. Now it's out in the open for all my sins to show.

Tim, what's the function of the two green circuit boards?  My new WTIU is scheduled for deliver today.   Glad yours is working flawlessly!   I hope that I will enjoy the same happiness after I wire in the new system.

Cheers, Dave

Dave they are

DCC Specialties PSXX-AC Intelligent Circuit Breaker

The nice thing about the PSX series is both the speed of sensing a short
plus
load and the adjustable setting for different  trip current rating.

Dave thank you for asking the question! I still have to get my layout up and wired but it is good to know what I am going into!
