Amtrak Horizon cars 2024 version- coupler issue

I’m having an issue with my cars and their couplers not staying closed. I run them on level Gargraves and Ross track with Ross switches. 054 curves. Track is screwed to the plywood. Happens in different locations - straight, curved, anywhere

Any tricks to get the knuckles to stay closed?
