Southernfan56, you can't read the digital because your subscription expired in September. There is also a discrepancy between the email address you use here and the one we have in your subscription record. On your subscription record, there is no "s" in the email address. Which is correct?

I have an old iPad 2 and do not have this problem. Same with my iPhone 6. Even so, I'm going to get Hoopla Tech Support into this one.
