I know you can set a speed limit on TMCC/Legacy locomotives, but can you do the same for the TMCC PowerMasters in conventional mode?  I'd love to let little people drive my Christmas train, but I know they'll crank the red knob too high and it'll come flying off of the track in the curve.

If you are powering via a transformer do what Mark said. If you are powering with a power house (brick) try putting the Power Master in the program mode. Hit TR 1 on the CAB1or whatever number you've assigned to the PM and run the engine to the maximum speed desired then hit SET. Put PM back to RUN and you should be OK. Make sure the PM is in the CONV mode while doing all of this. It's been a while but I think this is correct.
