after doing some web research I found that Marx had vintage metal elevated (not the graduated type) tressle.
i also found out that they were reissued by some company maybe Marx modern or such?
anyone know about this? Who made new ones, availability, prices, other info?

Marx Trains/Ameritrains has been out of business about ten years so finding them will be pretty difficult. Best bet is to scour e-bay for the early originals.

Back in March of 2014 I purchased a dozen of these elevated trestles from a store called Joe's trains, 107 Bluff City Blvd., Elgin, Illinois 60120. Phone number 630-936-7669. Quite honestly, I can't specifically recall whether he was manufacturing these elevated trestles or was selling left over stock from Marx Trains and/or the Flynns. I don't know if the establishment is still in business or not. Still might be worth the reach out if you really want these. The ones I have are top notch and work really well on my all tinplate mini-layout. Photo attached.
