is it installed in your layout?
do you have it on the work bench, and need to troubleshoot?
I have bought a few MTH larger radius turnouts that were not working and repaired them…
two issues seem constant…
the movement of the points has worn the ribbon wire and has caused a fault
or
the mechanical function of the slide has broken
Can you manually move the points; and do they feel quick and tight or slow and unresponsive?
did you buy this new?
if not, have you checked the jumper on the side?
how do you power the turnout? Track power of independently?
