Need a little help - bought this unit used, it goes backward, neutral but not forward. I tried to unlock it, and in the forward position, it simply makes a "steam like/freight yard" noise but does not move forward. Any tips on re-setting or unlocking or any help?

I believe it has another issue. If it drops into neutral and reverse then it is unlocked.
