She is, indeed. It'd been almost 17 years since we'd had a puppy, and over a year since we put down out beloved black/tan dachshund, Charlie and I wasn't sure I wanted another pup.

My wife badly wanted a doxie-poo as she has allergies but liked the wiener dog look. She flew all the way to South Carolina to the breeder as very few do this breed/mix. The pup drove us nuts at first but she's a fine little lady and a good pal these days.

She's even a good sport when she sees stuff like this and probably thinks, "This isn't funny, Dad!"

It had been 30yrs since we had a dog when we got Buffy as an 8wk old pup. Similarly, we both are allergic to dog so it needed to be a poodle or poodle-mix so Buffy is a Cockapoo  Statistics show that people who have dogs live longer, healthier lives....and we know why....we get our exercise.
